Clinton Street Theater
Located in Portland, Oregon, The 300-seat Clinton Street Theater was designed by Charles A. Duke in 1913 and opened in 1915 as The Clinton. It is one of the oldest continually operating cinemas in the United States. The Clinton began showing The Rocky Horror Picture Show in April of 1978, and has continued every weekend since, making it the longest uninterrupted, weekly-running engagement of Rocky Horror in the United States. The current cast is The Clinton Street Cabaret. The only theater in the US with a longer run than The Clinton is The Oriental Theater in Milwaukee where Rocky Horror began in January of 1978, though the film only plays once a month. (The Museum Lichtspiele in Munich has been running weekly shows since June of 1977.)
