Shawn Hall (born February 3rd in Pennsylvania) is a shadowcast actor and manager for the Delaware cast, Formal Dress Optional, where his primary role was Eddie. In October 2012 he had Eddie's skull tattoo actually put on his arm (although with the banner left blank so that anything could be written in.)
