Hailing from Singapore, actor Tony When is best known as a Transylvanian from The Rocky Horror Picture Show. He also played Lee in the Doctor Who 5-part story "The Talons of Weng-Chiang."
Then died on December 16, 1995 in Communicable Disease Centre, Singapore.
