Dr. Everett Von Scott
Dr. Everett Scott, Dr. Everett V. Scott, or Dr. Everett Von Scott (A Rival Scientist) is a character created by Richard O'Brien who appears in The Rocky Horror Show, The Rocky Horror Picture Show, and The Rocky Horror Picture Show: Let's Do the Time Warp Again. The role was first played by Paddy O'Hagan in the Original London Cast. In the Roxy Cast, the character was played by Meat Loaf. In The Rocky Horror Picture Show he is played by Jonathan Adams. In The Denton Affair (I), Dr. Scott's name is listed as "Dr. Everett Z. Scott". Dr. Scott taught Science at Denton High School during the time Brad Majors, Janet Weiss (now Majors), Ralph Hapschatt and Betty Munroe (now Hapschatt) were students. Following his teaching position, Scott worked for the U.S. Government attached the the Bureau of Investigation of UFOs. He also happens to be the uncle of Eddie. In The Rocky Horror Picture Show: Let's Do the Time Warp Again, the character is played by Ben Vereen.
