Theater in Louisville , Kentucky, that had a 1975, prime-time engagement of The Rocky Horror Picture Show. The Alpha 3 was part of the Alpha Cinemas chain of 4 theaters in the area. The first 100 attendees were given the completely scarce Fox promotional T-Shirt. Note that the ad says "no purchase necessary." Located on Brownsboro Rd, the theater opened in 1972 . The 500-seat auditorium was split half and opened as twins on 12/22/1976. It closed in 1982. Still Standing, it was remodeled into restaurant and later store space.
