The Annual Transylvanian Convention

The Annual Transylvanian Convention is an event which takes place in The Rocky Horror Picture Show. It takes place in the castle of Dr. Frank-N-Furter.
The Transylvanians are the formally-dressed guests in attendance for the unveiling of Frank-N-Furter's creature, Rocky Horror (A Creation).
They do The Time Warp again.
