The Sherman Theater was one of the pioneer Rocky venues, starting Saturday midnight shows in early 1977. The theater was owned and operated by Landmark Theaters (then Parallex Theatres) who also ran The Fox Venice Theater, The Nuart Theater and The Rialto in Pasadena, CA
