Betzi Vojtko was an American Rocky Horror Elder and one of the founding members of The Celluloid Jam (III) at the The Oriental Theatre, Milwaukee, Wisconsin in the early 1980s. Betzi was a contributing artist for Rocky Horror Shop Talk (RH fanzine) in the early 1980s and later took over The Rocky Horror Shop (RH mail order store) and Shop Talk. She was also an artist and writer as well as a contributor to the Dark Refrain (I) fanzine series.
