Tonight's Menu was the Shadowcast at the GCC Redondo Beach Cinema 3, showing at midnight on Saturdays in the late 80s through the 90s. The theatre was a large commercial (500 seat) theatre with no atmosphere, but the cast made every attempt to get the audience in the "Rocky" mood. A stage is set up in the front of the theatre and professional lighting is used to illuminate the actors. The pre-show included a Virgin sacrifice that was different ways each week.
Like many other early theaters, the cast members tended to gather in the lobby and ignored long stretches of the movie.
