Steve Laybourn Cartoon is an American Rocky Horror fan.
He was a member of The Tiffany Troupe at the legendary Tiffany Theater in West Hollywood, CA from 1980 to 1983.
He was also a regular at the Nuart Theater from 1986 to 1989. He is an Honorary Member of Erotic Nightmares.
In the latter days of the Tiffany Theater, he had been hired to change the marquee signs twice a week for five bucks a go. He missed an event from being too far away and got canned for it. In retaliation, he did a legendary marquee hack that ensured his ban until The Last Picture Show, where he got in the show anyways despite being recognized by the management.
