Steve Laybourn Cartoon is an American Rocky Horror fan.
He was a member of The Tiffany Troupe at the legendary Tiffany Theater in West Hollywood, CA from 1980 to 1983. He was also a regular at the Nuart Theater from 1986 to 1989. He is an Honorary Member of Erotic Nightmares.
