Loretta is the imaginary leader of all Rocky Horror shadowcasts who possesses all knowledge and power over the Rocky Horror "community".
To be a "Loretta" is to be a "know-it-all" who puts themselves in charge of all things Rocky Horror, and often considered themselves to be the non-existent "#1 King/Queen Shit of Rocky Horror". "Full Loretta mode" figured prominently during the The Great Shadow Cast-Off Of 2020.
