Steve Laybourn Cartoon is an American [[Rocky Horror Elder]]. 

He was a member of [[The Tiffany Troupe]] at the legendary [[Tiffany Theater]] in West Hollywood, CA from 1980 to 1982.
<br>He attended screenings at the [[UA Cinema Center]] from 1982 until it closed in 1983.
<br>He attended regular screenings at the [[Nuart Theater]] from 1986 to 1989. 
<br>Steve is an Honorary Member of [[Erotic Nightmares]].

In August 1982, he had been hired to change the  Tiffany Theater marquee signs twice a week for five bucks a go. He missed an event from being too far away and got canned for it. In retaliation, he performed a notoriously legendary marquee hack so scandalous that he was permanently banned from the theater until the final screening at the Tiffany on March 13, 1983. Despite being heavily disguised and recognized by the management, he was allowed into the theater for this special occasion.
